I am Paypal Verified still I get the same error, I made a call to the CC and she told me that it is transaction specific error and the only option is to make a Guest checkout which also failed.

As it was an auction therefore seller is awaiting payment so guys please help me out.

If there is no remedy then can any of the TE member make payment on my behalf and I shall deposit the sum to his Bank A/c.

just add a bank account and verify your paypal then you shall be bale to make the payment

@premiumseller I had already added a Bank A/c but still payment couldn't be made.

I have also asked the seller to provide the email Id registered with Paypal so that I may try to send the amount directly using Payal's Send Payment Tab.

Therefore, is it safe to send payment directly for the product without using eBay checkout?

I have also asked Agantuk Bro, if he could make payment on my behalf as I guess he is also from Kolkata.
