net speed on vista x64

^^^ udit is not talkin about bridging two net connections...bsnl n mtnl adsl service can be used in bridge mode in order to overcome manual portforwarding...

@udit: bridge mode will only work if port-forwarding thing was the one bottlenecking his speed...from what stormy is saying it doesnt seem that portforwarding is the issue...

You guys may want to have a look at this tool:

It is on the lines of ethereal and wireshark... unlike ethereal you don't need to install WinPCap separately or anything...
If you prefer ethereal, you should try that tool. Just make sure you don't have any other network activity going (just to make your own life simpler, filtering can sometimes be difficult), start the capture, try connecting to the websites which cause problems, and then see what the capture tells you.

Did you try resetting tcp/ip? Heres a link on how to do it. Had a similar problem resetting helped.
