Thought i'd share some usefull links that i built up over time. I dont visit many of them at present but mostly all of them come will come in handy for budding graphics designers or the new guys on the block.

I am merging from here and will make this a sticky. I'd like to encourage others to continue to add to this thread... if it gets too heavy we can always break it down into smaller categories such as by software or design type.
I've learned almost all (since beginner stage) from there.. But one thing I would like to tell you, Photoshop is all about creativity, only tutorials wont help you. You must have to be creative to get better results

Just checked the eyeball designs site again and it takes you to the main page, seems that they have redone their web site. I would just tool around, there are some phenomenal tutorials there as well as templates and other stuff.
Hmmmm.. not what I am getting at all, maybe as you say it is blocked to certain countries or something. They do have a flash intro and part of the site is flash, do you have flash plugin installed....it's about the only thing else I can think of.

It does specify that you are forbidden to view the page, why don't you try surfing through an online proxy server and see if you can access it that way. At least you would know if your ISP/India .... or something, was being blocked
