Just go to NP and look for/ask for SMC International;

Bargain as in u should very well know the price of the card before hand before they suggest u a false price and u fall for it;

You can get a GECube 4850 for around 11.5k on TE, so take that price as a reference and do not give in anything more than 12k for any brand they might have. SMC is in the same line as of CE and CTC(if you know these shops). Meghdoot Building it is called....
