Micromax launches their first ICS 4 tablet

No like you see the Veedee and Micromax ones are same, the xtab is not a Ployer Momo OEM. Atleast thats what they claim. Yes the processor is clocked higher, suppose thats better.

Now if only they can get one with a simcard slot and bluetooth in the same price, it would be irresistible!

Xtab has same soc, that is Allwinner A10. It can be overclock from 1GHz to 1.5GHZ

Anyways, the Funtab @ 6.5k looks sweet enough. I think it would be great for taking with me to the library at the end of the day to study from pdfs.

Can capacitive stylus be bought of ebay?
 
I have one of those air filled rubber tip stylus-pens bought from amazon, and while it's awesome quality, the damn tip is just too large for efficient use. Something with a tip the size of the galaxy note's S-pen would be perfect. Anyone have any idea?
 
I'll wait for them to drop that bundled Photon + dongle offer. That would reduce the price and I don't need it!

^^ Well, I am just hoping that it does! In any case, the dongle costs ~ 700 at retail. Plus the 2GB bundled internet might cost a bit. So, minus that, if I get the tab for < 6k, I am happy with it!

and i think that this better than the micromax one for this table has got a normal usb port plus an additional micro usb port with pre-installed ics fw..

and, well the above listed tablet is actually better than the d10 which is also the micromax funtab, d10e has got a better camera of 1.3mp and the usb port. here is a review done by arpendeb:

Veedee D10E is not better than funbook, Xtab or Vedee D10 because it has dull looking screen and only 2300mah battery. D10E is Eken T01 OEM which is not as good like Ployer Momo9.

so, should i got for veedee d10 only? Even if i'm getting proper usb port on the d10e.. I mainly want a good performance tab which shouldn't lag and can do things as advertised without being laggy or buggy..
 
You can choose either Veedee D10 or Micromax Fun book. Both have good after-sales support.

None of them is not buggy and its quite fast for most of the task.
