1)Format your hdd to fat32.
2)Makes a folder named "GAMES"( note: this name varies with your game manager,so best to use multiman game manager because it loads all folders)
3)You need to know the BL** no of your game. Rename your game's main folder to this format. You can google or type it buy seeing your bd disk.
4)Load the game with your manager.(note: not all games support being loaded from external drives, so check before you do so)
Also i hear that some new fix allows you to load NTFS drives. But I'm not really sure. You can google around.

Hi
guyz i have seagate 320 mini hdd i wanna play games form it what should i have to do play games ?
i have ps3 modded on 3.55 with giaja manager loader already 25 games in 320gb ..

AFAIK...u can connect NTFS drive through MM for file transfers ONLY.
You cannot play directly off a NTFS drive.
