Cool What is the Safe Temp Range for Phenom II 550BE ?

Hii guys, i have Phenom II 550BE(OC@3.5 Ghz) + Biostar TA785GE 128M mobo + Sapphire HD4770 OC @ core:820Mhz Mem:830Mhz
I Ran this software before playing a game , after 1 Hr of gameplay these are the Temperature values.

My query is what is the safe temp range for my processor(550BE) & GPU(HD4770). And which one should i keep a check on for proccy the Core temp or TMPIN0 ?

Secondly refering to the screenshot
I have a Doubt What is -
TMPIN0 (i guess its the proccy heatsink socket temp)
TMPIN1 (think its Mobo temp)
ACPI > THRM (dont know but its the same as TMPIN0 temp)

Thanks

Even if it corsses 71c, there shudnt be any probs. If its exceeds safe value, the PC automatically shuts down. Also set the autoshud down temp on bios to 70~74c, so that u can make sure the proccy wont run too long on overheated condition.
Also turn off smart fan feature from bios, so cpu fan spins at greater speed.

And is the sapphire 4770, with arctic cooling? anyway set fan speed to somewhat 60~65% before gaming.

keep checking THRM for proccy temp. my core #0 to core #3 shows 0c after unlocking, and i believe THRM is the CPU temp.

i cud 3.65ghz stable on stock cooler and slightly higher vcore with max temp of 65c. With a good cooler like TRU, it never goes above 42c, even at 4Ghz.

ya, upto 3.5G is perfectly stable on stock vcore of 1.3v. btw, always lower vcore produces less heat. SO better use lowest vcore possible for any OC, as far as its stable. It also reduces power consumption.
