but for this mobo(MSI X58 m) Memory Standards are DDR3 800/1066/1333* (OC)

these are 1600Mhz nd 2000Mhz..will it support my mobo!!(i don't do "Over Clocking")

wot do u say shud i go for 1066Mhz..is there price difference,will it save my money

If you're not into overclocking and all just go afor any reputed brand such as OCZ, GSkill, Patriot etc. The differences are noticeable only when you're benchmarking and all that stuff. All the RAMs will work fine. Not sure if OCZ nad GSkill have 1066 DDR3 RAMs tho.

Go for the 1066 MHz version of whatever you choose, since your mobo isn't designed for above 1333 and that too is on OC and since you don't plan to OC, that doesn't make sense.

Anyway, long post short: reputed brand, 1066.
