Gigabyte GA-EX58 UD3R OR Gigabyte GA-EX58 DS4

Since im building a core i7 config[posted in other thread],i'm confused which one to buy since UD3R now has SLI + crossfire support and also has 2x16 PCI Express slots. Please suggest.

My pick would be DS4. It costs less than 1k more than UD3R and has

two more RAM slots
three way SLI/xfire
better power saving design
and most important is the "Clear CMOS" back panel button that will be very useful while overclocking.

Referring to theitwares, the price of DS4 > UD3R. So i was confused. Morever i thing DS4 only has 2 way crossfire i suppose?
