Query Help Required in buying Washing machine

My old semiautomatic washing machine died couple of day before.

I am looking to buy a front loading washing machine with 7kg capacity.

I am confused between various models

1. LG WD-12485TP – 7.5 kg – price 29K.
2. IFB Digtal 7 – 7kg - price 29.5K
3. Siemens WM12E160 IN – 31.5 K
4. Whirlpool SUD 701 – not able to find in Bangalore.

I am inclined toward LG as I heard it has better service than IFB/Siemens, but I also liked siemens model. How is Siemens compared to other models?

Anyone has feedback on Siemens machine.

Thanks in Advance.

The LG WD-12485TP (7.5 kg) is a very good machine. Have the LG WD-12485TP for close to a year now. Very satisfied. Bought it with extended 2 year warantee from Reliance Digital. Detailed review available on mouthshut.com.

Except for the Whirlpool, had looked at all the other WMs' you mentioned above. Siemens, build quality was way better, but for about Rs. 31K, were getting only 5 Kgs. Not to mention that the parts are all imported hence availability and cost could be a factor if ever required.

The LG WD-12485TP meets our needs perfectly.

well u can order them in jyothis i bought it from them, u can also check it in reliance digital.i compared all the washing machines u mentioned in terms of build quality the IFB is at last place, followed by LG,followed by siemens, best was the whirlpool, its superior build quality fit and finsh is noticable once u open the door, hinges are better knobs are better, the SUD 701 is sold internationaly in europe,hk,sg,my etc.
well siemens is good but its spares are very expensive,i first checked the IFBS which is floodeed in the market wasn't impressed, checked out the korean companies LG and samsung, the samsung was slightly better built compared to the LG which, then searched and checked out the siemens had better build quality i didn't mind the price and almost ordered it until i saw the whirpool base models, even the cheapers front loading base models had superior build quality compared to the IFB high end models,i then looked for whirpool high end models which was the SUD701 it had even better built quality, better then siemens bought it in jyothis for 26k which was 7 months ago.

I checked for Whirlpool SUD 701 at jyothis, it was not on display i checked other pro series models but did not like the quality. He was quoting 27500/- for SUD model.
LG WD-12485TP was quoted at 29Kat ezone but they have no stock.

Finally i bought Siemens WM12E160 IN. The delivery & Installation was on schedule.I have done couple of wash cycles i liked its cleaning. It is also very silent.
