xbox 360 slim modding help

Hi I am a new member here I want to buy xbox 360 slim 4gb and hack it dvd drive or RGH/jtag. I am from pune . anybody knows some dealer from pune which can do it at affordable price. I asked few modders here babu games and modsandbreaks they are asking too much 21k for jtag and 19k for dvd drive hack. anybody know any other dealer which can do it at some lower price.
