WTB: P4 478 socket(pinned) motherboard

my mobo got burnt ....and now i need a new\used motherboard ..for a P4 processord (478 socket pinned)..

the motherboard should be in good working condition,

have decenet onboard sound

8x agp slot

and should support DDR 333/400 mhz RAM...
looking for sellers in mumbai but others offers will do if ready to ship..
