i m buying a 32" or 40" LCD /LED TV from Sony or samsung in few days, so please recommend some models from Sony ,samsung etc. and please tell me where to buy cheapest in delhi.

budget :~40k
 
any sony outlet for billed/guaranteed product, though a bit negotiation is popssinble like 3-5%

for a nice price on smuggled gray market , gaffar market is a nice place, u will find BX400 the 40 inch bravia entry model in 40k very easily and EX400 in 43k.
