Where to buy Micromax A110 Canvas 2 from RAIPUR on COD ??

OK so i've been hunting this phone from last week, but i can't seem to find this phone anywhere in my city {THE WHOLE DAMN CITY}
the shopkeepers here have no clue when the next shipment will arrive.
Then i thought of ordering this mobile online (unfortunately)
then i found out they ran out of stock on almost every major sites like flipkart,saholic and snapdeal which provided COD.
then i found some other sites which had it for some extra premium,
then i realized i don't have any credit card/online bank account/cash cards, etc. (being an engineering student really sucks !!!)

so is there any other reliable source from where i can get this mobile on COD ???

on second thought, if anyone can buy this phone in their local city and ship it to me, i can transfer the money directly in to their bank accounts.{sorry, if i am asking too much}

Can you pls share if this is good, I am sure you would have done enough research & selected this phone ? Is it better then HTC Desire V or Samsung Galaxy S Duos ?

Me to wanna buy A110 for my cousin.. but cudnt find it at any reputed online store.... flipkart, snapdeal, saholic... evrywhr its out of stock and overpriced at ebay

can anybody help me with that....
