It would be great if you could pick it up yourself (incase you are gonna be in town), even if I'm out of town on 15th, you could collect it from Bikey or XT.

Might have to forego the plans. Amol, please send it thru someone if possible? Might hardly take some bubble wraps/styrofoam and some time/patience.

If a local buyer's willing to buy it, by all means pass it on to him. If nothing works for a while, send it over. If I'm coming to BOM, shall pick it up in person.
