PC Peripherals Weird issue, black screen when doorbell rings & TV Tuner running

I have a iball claro usb tv tuner ,

When this tv tuner is running & someone presses the doorbell my monitor goes black for about a second then comes back, what could be causing this ?
 
Can't be a fault with motherboard USB slot alone. UPS and PSU are responsible for motherboard even knowing that doorbell has rung or some electric activity has taken place.

I once had a similar problem - PC coming out of suspend state when switching on tube light. Got fixed when I attached PC to a different slot in UPS.
