Storage Solutions Verbatim micro sd card Write Protection Error issue

Hi

My verbatim 8gb micro sd card is giving "Write Protection Error".
I am unable to format it from XP and from HP format utility.
Also, it is not getting Mounted in Pupply Linux.
Although both Xp and puppy are able to recognize it.

Can any one help to fix this issue?
Also can any one tell me the service center of verbatim in Delhi?

search for world ace solutions , delhi . i also had bad experience with verbatim memory cards. even china ones are more reliable
