My pc config is as follows:

Phenom II X4 945 | 890GXM-G65 | Corsair VX450 | G-skill 4 GB | 500GB Seagate | 250GB WD | AL VS2621 | XBOX 360 controller | Logitech Pro KB, Mouse |

and adding my recently ordered 6850 toxic edition to that.

What ups would suffice my needs.

I was thinking of APC 650va but the guy from whom i had to buy says i need 1100va.:huh:

Also Darkie said to check the compatibility of corsair vx450 considering its APC .

I only need about 5-10 mins backup.

Pls help.
 
At least APC 800 va. Although the price difference btw APC 800 and APC 1000 isn't much in absolute terms, so it makes more sense to go for a APC 1000 keeping the future in mind.

But I wouldn't recommend anytihng less than a 800 and 650 would be a tight fit.

2. WHat speaker and monitors are you using

3. DO you plan to use your speaker with the UPS. AND what else will be connected to the UPS , modems /etc.

4. THe APC will give proper o/p for your Corsair PSU , dont worry about that.
 
for the specs on my sig, I have APC 500VA BackUPS RS and it comes to 10~12 mins backup in 2d idle/desktop mode.

LCD is also connected to the UPS
