hello all,
This is my first post in this forum .

Can i have Two operating systems with different OS and each OS having different time stamps on same HDD.

I mean Two Windows XP OS on single HDD with different dates and not synchronizing to windows.
or One Windows XP and other Linux.

Help really appreciated.

Thanks

The OS is going to go by the date set in the BIOS. When you change the date in Windows, the date is the BIOS is going to change (at least with XP that's the case).

In Linux, the date command sets the system date & time but to sync it with what is shown in the BIOS, you have to use the hwclock command.

Hope this helps.

why not.
just partition your HDD into two or more drive in which the OS can install separately in different drive.
on the time of booting enter your option that installed previously OS in your system for access of operating system.
