Hey,
I have a TATA Photon+ EC168C which I had purchased a year ago. I have not used it in over 6 months.
TATA says I have to purchase a new Connection + Device and that I cannot renew/take a new contract. :mad:
Is it possible to subscribe to another service provider on this device ?

May be they think you found it some where or .... :(

Ask them to renew new contract on same device at the device belong to them, visit local Tata photon Gallery with all documents of your purchase.
