A: Brands with good service Samsung, LG, Nokia? (my experience with Micromax has been bitter)

A: Touchscreen 4" (Or min size that makes typing possible - my 3.2" LG Optimus One just barely lets me)

A: No camera - here's the catch. it should be possible to remove(discard) the camera hardware. Is the single most important criterion ... else I will not be buying it. Camera phones not allowed in office premises. Looking for a good phone with an ordinary cam wishfully. My Lumia 720 birthday gift to her is gathering dust now.

A: Preference for Android for Maps, Lumia 520 for battery
