SGS2 going into speaker mode whenever I answer the call

Off late I find a strange problem wherein my SGS2 goes into Speaker mode whenever I get a call or make a call. I tried everything possible to see if this can be fixed however not much of luck. Also unable to connect the phone to the PC so that I can back up the data and reset the phone.

Any suggestions guys?
 
One more problem is unable to connect to the PC using the USB cable. If I can connect then I can take a backup. The customer rep told me that I need to take backup so that he can reinstall.
 
This was the problem when i had a stupid custom rom so i put another one . .. in your case just reinstall the rom ? i mean official rom so you wont have to worry about the warranty and stuff.
