[Request] Gaming PC + 24x7 Download Station Building Help!

Hello,

I'm looking for building my home Gaming + 24x7 Downloading Station, I have budget of Rs. 60,000/-
@my location Normal temperature is almost around 35 to 40 and in summers it goes beyond that..
I need decent cooling system and well balance PC build with i7 processor and whatever suitable motherboard and graphic card.
I request community to help me build this PC..

1] Cooling system (Water cooling/Air cooling)
2] Intel i7 processor / (open for other)
3] Motherboard (Should be SLI/crossfire ready)
4] Best fit Graphic card
5] 4 to 8 GB RAM (Suggest best brand performance wise)
6] PSU (Compatible with above features)
7] Nice cabinet with decent airflow (with less flaws)

Q: Reused Hardware:

1] HDD ( I have two 2 TB and three 500 GB HDDs with me, so need to purchase extra)
2] Dell LCD Monitor

Why don't you consider a separate system for gaming and perhaps a smaller build using the Atom processor or a plug computer for the download station? Makes a lot of sense that way since this will cut down your monthly electricity bills.

Again, what is the size/resolution of the display? This is the deciding factor for the GPU requirement.

And given the bidget of 60k, squeezing a water cooling kit is nearly impossible.
