Disciple
Hi all,
I would like to buy some wireless headphones for the purpose of practising my guitar during the early mornings and the nights. It will connect to the headphone out of my practise amp (mono quarter inch, but I have a converter to a 3.5 mm stereo). It should have the following:
A volume control.
Of paramount importance, very very low latency, I really can't do with a delay in between my playing and my hearing of it.
Preferably some built in rechargeable batteries.
An OK battery life of up to 3 to 4 hours at the least.
Durability.
Budget: 4K or less but up to 8K
I am also looking into buying a 2 to 5 channel mixer with a headphone output. This is probably the wrong place to ask, but if any of you know anything about it, then please help me with some recommendations. The mixer is for the purpose of mixing in a computer's output, and maybe an iPod output into the wireless headphones. It's requirements are
It should be cheap.
It should be simple.
It should have an output level for each channel.
Budget: 2K or less, but upto 8K
If there is a way to mix in sound into the wireless headphones without a mixer, then I'm all for it. Please let me know.
Please chip in with your suggestions.
Thanking you,
Siddharth.
