Like many others, I have zero'd to Nexus 5, which will soon be available in India.
Nexus 5 has 2 versions, and the only difference being of LTE bands.
North America:
Rest of World:
Now, as per my search for upcoming Reliance and other 4G providers is our country, the LTE bands here will be band 3 and 40.
Now my query is:
1) Will the US version, that is not having either 3 or 40, work on 4G networks here, and will be able to provide LTE connectivity.
2) if not, as band 40 is the frequency being used by Airtel and also Relience, does it makes sense to buy this phone for 4G connectivity ?

- CDMA: Band Class: 0/1/10
- WCDMA: Bands: 1/2/4/5/6/8/19
- LTE: Bands: 1/2/4/5/17/19/25/26/41
