A: Gionee Elife E6(Seen many ads and look is also good.)

Do mention display size - because, the bigger the better with displays for mail and net.

If you are looking at battery life - A Lenovo P780 would be better, and so would a Note 2. If you want latest updates, wait for Nexus 5 to launch - would be 4K over budget. All are 5" or more phones.
