How is the Internet speed limited to the Hardware?

I think this should be related to the Network and should not have anything to do with Hardware or the phone...

Yeah mostly phones have good speeds in EDGE and HSDPA, so real bottleneck here is network. but still when accessing from high speed network such as through Wifi the browser in the phone/processor could be limitation sometimes, but in apps like opera mini. which offloads javascript and compression before transmission. it wouldn't be much of an issue.

even though the display has 256k colors you shouldn't be worried much as it won't be much noticeable than the lags which you may get from single core processor.

and regarding camera, none would give good performance in low light. they are somewhat equivalent even though one is 3.2MP and other is 5MP
