Sony Xperia Sola, Motorola Atrix 4G, Motorola Droid 3, Motorola Atrix 2(w/o warranty), LG Optimus 2X. If you can add a couple of grands, then Xperia P from ebay.. I may be missing a couple of other alternatives but these phones will serve you well..
BTW, with the weekend coupon on ebay, you can get the Xperia P for ~15.2k with 1 year seller warranty which covers both hardware and software faults! Its your best bet in this range(probably)
