Mali-400 MP vs Adreno 220 vs ULP GeForce vs SGX 540?

AFAIK

Mali-400>SGX 540>Adreno 220>GeForce ULP

But you will not find much difference between any of these in real world performance as all these belong to the same generation.

Just get the phone you like the most,dont go by the benchmarks

I think mali should be the fastest as it is a Quad core GPU / SGX is a Dual core GPU

In some phones an overclocked version of Adreno is being used . I guess HTC uses an Overclocked version .

Also keep in mind the resolution these GPUs are rendering. For example, benchmarks of SGX 540 on 800x480 screen will be higher than 960x540 screen.

The SGX540 in Galaxy Nexus is clocked at 400 Mhz IIRC, and in Galaxy SII I9100G its 384 Mhz and in others its 300 Mhz.

If you're contemplating your purchase based on gpu, keep in mind that there are various other factors which make up a good phone, not just gpu alone.

It depends on the implementation of the gpu, whether it's a single core or dual or quad. Also clock frequencies play an important part too.

Ours is a Mali Dual Core at the most.

yeah, the funbook has dual mali gpu. Clocked a 350 I believe
