Is this thing good ? Does sound quality degrade ? Is there any buzzing noise ? Do connection get loose over time ? IS there anything bad about it ?

I bought this off ebay.com
1) Sound quality does not degarde, haven't heard buzzing noise
2) Just been a few weeks since I got this hence cannot comment
3) Bad, it has been working properly for me since at work we need this to chat/talk over communicator
 
Just now I have tried the mic/audio splitter cable from my Meelec A161P included set, the sound is good! (in case if you plan to buy A161P ! ;-)
