Monitors INDIA -Which led monitor i should buy?Please Guide me friends.

Budget - near about 15000 INR,

Use - text 45%, as a TV 50%, Graphical Software 5%.

I wish it to be with max connectivity ports(ie i want to increase d utility of my pc) but i doesn't have any knowledge about compatibility with my pc.I m also ready to upgrade my pc but don't have any idea about how to do so.I hv an assembled pc brought b4 3 years.

Configuration of my pc - Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU

E4500 @2.20GHz

2.20GHz,0.99GB of RAM

Physical Address Extension.
 
Do you want to watch TV directly on it? Or do you have a set-top box with HDMI or DVI or VGA output?

Do you have a dedicated graphics card?

If not which motherboard are you using?
 
No i doesn't have any set top box and any kind of graphic card but i m wishing to buy one each after buying monitor.Also i have a chip set motherboard Jetway's MI5-G31SVM-LF. I am presently watching a tv on my monitor by connecting a cable through external tv tuner. Please also guide me to upgrade my pc for max utility.

I am strongly liking to buy samsung's next generation monitor TA950 or TA750. pls guide me for the same also.
