Yesterday Huawei launched its Ascend Mate smartphone in China and soon after that, the press image of its upcoming smartphone Ascend G700 was leaked by @evleaks.
The Huawei G700 is expected to come with 5 inch HD display and quad-core MediaTek MT6589 SoC with 2GB of RAM. It is expected to launch with Android 4.2 Jelly Bean OS out of the box.
We found out the G700's score in AnTuTu benchmark charts which confirms that the phone rumors. It scored 12662 which confirms that it has MT6589 processor clocked at 1.2GHz , the benchmark shows Android 4.1.2 OS but the final product may come with Android 4.2 only.
The G700 will be the cheaper brother of the Ascend D2 which is priced at ¥3990 and according to sources it will be priced below ¥2000 or US $ 320.
