You have given the wrong description for the 2TB HDD
Its not Black-Its Green
Please correct the listing to avoid complications

The new 2TB being offered by Flipkart has only 2 years warranty whereas the older HDDs had 5 years warranty. So even after using for a couple of years, the drive being sold by the OP has more then 3 years warranty left

I plan to use it for dumping audio-visual data nothing mission critical.
I don't want to pay a premium for a two year used hdd. Would like to pick it if the price is appropriate.

You are paying the premium for the 1 year extra warranty you are getting over Flipkart.
Moreover, as the HDD has been RMAed recently, maybe its a brand new one but you can never be 100% sure as WD has the right to return back refurbished HDDs in case of RMA
 
All drives sold to saifbukhari....bump for WD green 2TB drive with warranty upto 12/27/2016,can't edit the original post,so posting it here...bump for the day :)
