Skilled
as the topic says, selling the tuniq tower 120 heatsink. had got it some months back from sidewinder. the heatsink is lapped. the fan is included with the heatsink along with the fan controller for controlling the fan speeds.

performance is very good, its slightly better than a ultra120.

mumbai buyers preferred.

link for the heatsink
Tuniq - Tower 120 Cooler

the new one's has am2 support, mine doesnt have am2 brackets.

reason for sale - sold the system so dont need the heatsink anymore.

price - Rs.2200 + shipping

Wow! Impressive but may i know, is this compatible with LGA775 and is it more effective than Ultra120 Extreme, can 2 individual fans be placed?

yes its compatible with lga775.
it will be little less effective than the u120extreme, but not that far behind.
2 fans cannot be placed.

would you please specify by percentage ratio with reference to Ultra 120extreme.

Heard of Google and Anandtech?? :bleh:

U asking stuff that are a gen or 2 old now- new coolers are due now. :p

For 24x7 OC, i think the TuniQ will be right there along with the TRUE- it's only at the upper echelons of extreme OCing that the TRUE will leave the Tuniq behind, esp on Quad cores. :cool2:

(coz the new G0 dual core chips seems quite cool to mark out a major difference in load temps.)

Dunno the percentage but you can calculate it for sure. :p
comparo on X6800 at stock >

AnandTech: Thermalright Ultima-90: Small Wonder?
The real deal for OCers/Benching (esp Quadcore)>

AnandTech: Thermalright Ultima-90: Small Wonder?
p.s. point to be noted is a decent fan with fan controller for the TRUE will cost around Rs.700-800/- extra easily. :cool2:

And i do find the TuniQ pretty to look at though a window. :ashamed:

Tuniq is considered to be just a notch below TRUE. One comparison is Here

But I think if the same fan was used on Tuniq, it would have been much closer.

EDIT: BIKeINSTEIN beat me to it :)

you can use 2 fans in a push pull config just like the Ultra if you have enough space and know what you are doing ;)
