is the vista a licensed copy ? (purchase proof required), if so i may consider this 3 year old technology laptop for purchase after you reduce the price further.
 
Laptop almost sold, u are a bit late dude, also u dont need to do me a favour by taking pain to consider it.... 3 year old technology??? Centrino is still available dude!!

Dual core are in the market but have not completely taken over!

Just awaiting the payment and delivery....

well this model was introduced in early 2004. hence as per my calculation 2007 - 2004 =3 years.
centrino is a technology name , it is not product specific. for e.g. the current 9xx chipset based laptops are also called centrino.(ur laptop has much older 8xx chipset)
anyways since ur laptop is almost sold this is a moot point. best of luck for ur transaction and i sincerely hope the deal is completed at the earliest. God bless.

I replied because u mentioned about 3 year old "techonology", because the technology (Centrino) is still there, offcourse the model is no more available, anyways u know better than me anytime!
