Difference between Motorola Razr and Motorola Droid Razr

Hi.. can somebody tell me the difference between Motorola Razr and Motorola Razr Droid?
I do not find any difference btw both the others other than Razr Droid supporting 4G.

Droid RAZR is the CDMA version which is available only on Verizon

Motorola RAZR is the Global GSM version available in India
