No idea about warranty: i think Sandisk gives 5 year warranty on these
Warranty provider: Rashi AFAIK

I am 2nd in line for the pen drives. If cisco_tech backs out......It will be in my pocket yeah...Cheers!!
EDIT: I am backing out since I have paid for 8gb Sandisk pendrive to another TE member "RedCross". Other TE members are welcomed to buy these gems. Thankyou.
