you can just remove those LEDs, if you dont want to remove then you can just blow them.

disconnect the fan from chassis and power supply.
get an 8V battery or anything that is above 6V
connect the LED to the battery one by one and they will blow...
don't worry, they wont blast..
or you can just pull them off from their socket.
 
Thanks for the info. I couldn't do it for CM Green fan. But i cutted the wires that are connected to four blue leds in my Thermal Take 120 mm fan and now its working without lights.

and @ ganesh --i like to buy this fan any info about cfm of this one? is it 90cfm model
 
Yes its 93cfm one. But mind you the CM site mentions it as 19dba. The noise levels are way too high. I bought three of them and sold them later. They sound just like 30dba ones.
