I am not able to left-click drag any icons on desktop, nor can I drag any files or folders in any of my drives.
Its not a mouse issue since I can drag icons on the taskbar as well as inside the Start menu.
Auto-arrange icons is OFF. I am able to multi-select icons or folders but cant drag them.
Everything else is working fine but its annoying tht I cant just drag stuff to other folders or pendrive etc.
Any help will be appreciated since Google was not much help.
