EDIT: updated FSB and DDR2 800Support because of the following mail i got from Palit Support

Palit Microsystems, the leading PC components manufacturer, today announces Palit N73V support 1333MHz system bus and 2GB DDR2 which feature slightly better frequency potential and lower power consumption and heat dissipation. This performance boost from Palit N73V with built in GeForce 7050 provides better experience to the users. Palit N73V supports Core 2 Quad CPUs with 1333MHz system bus with 2 x DDR2 240-pin DIMM slots support up to 2GB DDR2 800 memory module. Moreover, the built in GeForce 7050 on Palit N73V provides immersive experiences on the latest application and 3D games and also allows the Windows Aero features such as Flip 3D, taskbar preview, etc

Bear in mind that the PALIT global site mentions this board as 1066 FSB , but i have been told that the board that comes in India is the one which is a 1333FSB version. Have googled it , and have found that such a model is on retail.

Prices are inclusive of all taxes , except octoroi (wherever applicable) and exclusive of shipping. These are single piece prices , and prices might be lower if i get 10 or more boards.
Warranty - the boards come with a 3 years local warranty honoured by Tirupati Enterprises. (Welcome to Tirupati Enterprises)

i hope dis board will rock d market..........so cheap.
does any1 have it now?? how well does it overclock.

Interesting.. AMD had a good niche in the integrated graphics area, with an Athlon X2 + AMD 690G + ATI X1250 making a good platform. I wonder how a low-end C2D paired with this would compare to AMD price and performance wise.
