Got my 40 gb PS3 replaced from sony india,mumbai 2 days back. And look what they offered me...BRAND NEW SHINY PS3 80GB....resistance-2 edition...but my cousin has taken the resistance-2 game dvd .:ashamed:
So am giving you my "GTA4" and "Metal gear solid-4 guns and patriot" dvds along with the ps3. I have opened the package just to check all the parts dats it. Never used it.

This is the latest 80gb ps3 and comes with the Dual Shock-3 controller.:hap2:

There is 1 month sony india warranty left.:hap2: The actual product was bought on 30/4/08. 1yr warranty at that time...so 1 month 10 days warranty left.

(Brand New) PS3 80GB with GTA4 and MSG4 games for = 20,000/- + shipping.

I hardly get time to use it. The older 40gb ps3 was also put on sale here some 6-7 months back...but then decided to gift it to my cousin. He f**ked it and hence got it replaced for a new 80gb ps3 under warranty.
btw my cousin has bought a new ps3 frm singapore.

i am curious to know so many people are getting replacements in one year ? can u tell me what fails in this exactly i am looking to buy it soon but with the failure rate its going i am scared.
 
^^ Mine would not read the game dvds....so had to replace it.

Donno abt the others. That is a very common problem and irritating also..
