I want to know whats the best way to backup my phone's sd card on my computer. Any app? I have an android phone.

Do you want to backup the phone or the contents of the memory card alone?
If the contents alone, hook up the phone under "USB storage mode" and dump the contents to the folder of your choice.
If phone backup is req'd, there would be a PC-Suite supplied with each company, else try alternate backup solutions like Carbon.
