Advice needed in buying HTC One S

Hi guys,
After months of research i have found a phone for my requirements. HTC One S it is. Now i need your advice in buying the phone. I have no experience in buying from e-bay. I found this one in e-bay.

Brand New Original & Sealed HTC One S - black color | eBay

Is it reliable to buy from this seller? I need help from you guys in buying. Two reasons for not buying indian version. One is weaker processor and another one is availabilty of black color.

That listing u mentioned has ended man, myself was planning on buying a htc one s, seems they have stopped production of htc one s in india, most stores have run out of stock here in chennai. Also most deals found in ebay are the tmobile version that comes only in grey colour.

I called that seller and got his address. He said its available. I might go and check it directly tomorrow. ya me too checked all the online stores. all ran out of stock.
