I am just getting 32Kbps download speed on bsnl Home UL 750 Plan
can some one help me to get be more speed

Is the speed that you're getting on HTTP or FTP links? Or are these bit-torrent speeds?

Do a speedcheck on www.speedtest.net if you're so concerned..

750UL is a 256kbps plan. SO max DL speed is 256/8=32KBps. You are already getting the max speed

if you want more switch to the 512kbps UL i think its for 1350
or get airtel they have good UL plans

Well ideally u should get 32KBytePS downloading speed but u never get the same speed all the time, if u do, then u r one lucky guy! I m on same plan & never get more than 28KBPS downloading speed(unless i use IDM).
