how to enable 5.1 from intel motherboard which supports 5.1 surround sound

i have intel dg41ty motherboard with specification of 5.1 surround sound.

but i have only 3 jacks.one for audio out,one for line in ,one for mic....i can get only stereo sound from jack with that one jack. wat about surround sound jack etc.........

audio out as Front, line in as Rear and Mic as center/sub
