what do you want to compare in the excel files?
excel itself can be used for comparing two or more sets of data in excel files.

and my criteria 4 search is by Tag name...
Then i want to see all the unmatched results ..

i found out 2-3 tools ..
which 1 is better ??
excel compare or vlookup ?

use winmerge with below plugin
xdocdiff WinMerge Plugin -Compare Word, Excel, PowerPoint, pdf-
