There are a few different entries in the Terms of Service for Chrome, if not in the features list

1. Google reserves the right to automatically update and install Chrome.

This is becoming standard fare with much software these days, but worth noting.

"The software which you use may automatically download and install updates from time to time from Google. These updates are designed to improve, enhance and further develop the services and may take the form of bug fixes, enhanced functions, new software modules and completely new versions. You agree to receive such updates (and permit Google to deliver these to you) as part of your use of the services."
2. Although you retain any copyrights to content you own and use in the browser, Google says it has a right to display some of your content, in conjunction with promoting its services. Here's their exact wording.

"By submitting, posting or displaying the content you give Google a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to reproduce, adapt, modify, translate, publish, publicly perform, publicly display and distribute any content which you submit, post or display on or through, the services. This license is for the sole purpose of enabling Google to display, distribute and promote the services and may be revoked for certain services as defined in the additional terms of those services."
3. Don't be surprised to see more ads.

Traditionally, it is Web pages and not the browser itself that serves ads. Google isn't saying it will change this paradigm, but it's terms of service don't rule that out either.

"Some of the services are supported by advertising revenue and may display advertisements and promotions. These advertisements may be targeted to the content of information stored on the services, queries made through the services or other information.
The manner, mode and extent of advertising by Google on the services are subject to change without specific notice to you."

Its good and bad at the moment.

Page loads fast, but not noticeably faster than IE8 B2 or FF3.0 here on around 600-700kbps connection.

ACID 3 test giving it score of 78 which is higher than both FF and IE8 at the moment.

Memory usage seems low. IE8 is worst of the lot. Here is screenshot with 10+ tabs open ( all same web pages on all 3 browsers. )

EDIT : Woops just realised it has multiple processes, highest memory usage

js on many sites not working. TE drop down menus not working. image ipload site browse boxes not showing the image location paths. See screenie below.

HDFC netbanking site not working properly ( top menu not rendered ).

Its a decent start, but its not even beta material at the moment. Its more like an alpha release. Knowing google, this might just stay beta forever

Let see, its definitely not ready or good enough to replace FF at the moment.

EDIT 2: Auto scroll not working as well.

don't know much about google browser.
but why the hell we need a 3rd party web browser, when we have internet explorer from the world's largest software company for free?
I think its a big shame for MS, they can't even make a good web browser.

Three words to describe chrome - nice, simple and fast! However, its not light on resources It takes up more memory than FF3 but that's not an issue for now since its in BETA (and I suspect it will remain like that forever ). I have no problems with the UI. Its cleverly designed and the blue color is okay for me.

Only thing I'm missing now are the JS dropdowns on TE. Once thats taken care of and I figure out a simple way to access Google Bookmarks, I'll switch to Chrome full-time.

Not all...they're yet to recreate that magic address bar from FF3. Now thats one excellent feature I can't live without. I'm sure Chrome will improve a lot in the coming days and be the browser to beat. There's some healthy competition now for FF3 and IE8. Only downside is that web developers will now have three rendering engines to deal with, as if two wasn't enough.
