Discussion under Applications, part of the Software Zone category on TechEnclave; man.....download was supeeeeeerrrrrrrrr slow...around 5-7 kbps....but ff3 just roxxxxxxxxx..... ut starts faster..loads pages significantly faster..gmail now opens within 2 seconds...this ...

Its probably RC3 released as final. Didn't see any improvements. Probably a couple of minor bug fixes. Anyway, congrats to the mozilla team

firefox 3 still crashes a lot...and it also takes a lot of time to load...anybody else experiencing the same or other problems????????

you got any old/unupdated extensions that might be the problem?

also, in about:config, i like to disable "prefetch" in the network options and also enabled http pipelining figure it out.

I never found much of a difference between IE and FF before this but now, FF3 is just crazy fast...
