Hi,
Please advice me some cool female text-to-speech reader freeware version.
I need a female voice pack to read the text in a sexy female voice.
All R&D i did on search engines gave me only male voice text to speech readers.
Can anyone help me out here please?

You won't get any free engines that sound natural. All of them sound rather synthetic. If you are willing to pay you then there are quite a few options.
