i dont have the answer for 1 but for 2 and 3 they are already answered in other threads opened by members regarding the same issues. You should do a search of previous posts, preferably last 2-3 pages for stuff before asking the same questions again and again. Thats the reason no one bothers posting on similar threads anymore.
